These terms govern access to RECAPTURE and its customer-recovery tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

Business responsibility

You are responsible for the business information, messages, services, availability, and team permissions you configure. You must obtain any required permissions before contacting customers.

Automation and integrations

Connected services, including messaging, calendar, AI, and billing providers, are subject to their own availability and terms. RECAPTURE does not guarantee outcomes or represent an integration as active until it is connected and configured.

Accounts and billing

If subscription billing is enabled for your workspace, plan terms and charges are presented before you accept them. You may manage your account in the product settings.
